Important information
Dear business friends,
year 2010 is a year which brought important changes to our company. And I am sure that these changes will be useful not only to our company, but mainly to you, our clients.
The basis of all these changes is a tighter integration of KUPEG to the group of our main shareholder Ducroire / Delcredere SA NV.
As external demonstration of this integration we changed the name of the company into KUPEG credit insurance. New corporate logo was introduced, which corresponds to the external presentation of the group.
And with effect from 26 August 2010, when Mr. Pavol Parizek, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KUPEG, resigned from all his responsibilities with immediate effect, also a new management of the company was installed.
From that date on 26 August 2010, his responsibilities of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO were taken over by Mr. Eric Joos, former CFO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
