Management of the Company

Mr Terweduwe has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of credit insurance and is the chairman of OECD’s Committee for Risk Assessment of Countries under the export credit convention. At the present time, he is the Chief Executive Office of Ducroire elcredere SA.NV., where he had been a member of executive management. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of ONDD – the holding company of Ducroire Delcredere SA.NV., the Supervisory Board Chairman of Garant Versicherungs-AG in Vienna, a member of the Ingo-ONDD Supervisory Board in Moscow and of TCRe in Brussels.
Mr Terweduwe was awarded the degrees of Master of Economics and Master of Advanced Studies by the Economics Department at the University in Leuven.

Mr Vanwingh is a member of Executive Management at ONDD

Mrs. Deesen worked for the Association of Insurance Companies in Paris and the Federation of Belgian Enterprises.  Since 1992, she has been the Chief Legal Advisor, dealing with legal matters at ONDD. At the present time, she is also a member Executive Management at Ducroire | Delcredere SA.NV.
Mrs Deesen is a graduate of the University in Brussels, where she was awarded a degree in Law and German Philology.

Mr Van Boxstael gained experience as an auditor (Ernst & Young Auditors), and since 1997, has been working in ONDD at different positions within the risk assessment and underwriting departments. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ONDD’s subsidiary – Ducroire | Delcredere SA.NV.  He is also the Underwriting Director there. Furthermore, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Ingo-ONDD in Moscow.
Mr Van Boxstael was awarded a Master of Applied Economic Sciences Degree from the University in Gent.

Mr Pravda worked for Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost (EGAP) in positions dealing with risk assessment.  Currently, he is working as the Head of the Investment Insurance Department in EGAP.
Mr Pravda was awarded a Master’s Degree from the University of Economics in Prague.

Mr Hofman worked in the legislative area (Ministry of Transportation), and since 2003, he has been dealing with legal issues in Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost, a.s. (EGAP).
At the present time, he works as Head of the Legal Department in EGAP, and also represents EGAP in the legislative section of the Czech Association of Insurance Companies.
Mr Hofman is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno.

Mr Veselý has experience in the fields of insurance claims handling, debt collection, risk underwriting and financial management of credit insurance. Until 2010, he worked as CFO of Euler Hermes Čescob, úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. Until April 2011, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Financial Director of KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. (KUPEG Credit Insurance).
He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. Mr. Veselý also went through an executive program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Mr Herman worked as a senior credit analyst and team leader with Česká spořitelna a.s. and as a senior credit risk manager at Citibank Europe plc. In both companies, his responsibilities included in particular the assessment of clients’ credit risks.
Since April 2011, he has been working in the position of Underwriting Director in KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. (KUPEG Credit Insurance).
Mr Herman is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague.

Mr Van Aelst worked for several years as a tax consultant and senior tax consultant in PwC and KPMG before joining the ONDD Group in February 2009. Starting as an Underwriter in Ducroire/ Delcredere NV. SA.(Brussels), and becoming an Underwriting Teamleader in 2011 , he also became gradually more and more involved in the daily contacts with KUPEG.
In June 2012, he was appointed by the Supervisory Board as a member of the Board of Directors of KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. (KUPEG Credit Insurance).
He has a master degree in business administration from ISC Saint-Louis in Brussels and also obtained a Master after Master degree in Finance and Taxation at the University of Antwerp.

Mrs. Šturcová worked at KPMG Czech Republic, a.s. and then at Wolters Kluwer CR on the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Czech and Slovak Republic, and consequently on the position of chairman of Board of Directors and CEO. Since August 2012 she works at KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. as a chief financial officer. Milada Šturcová is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague.

Mr Bohdan has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT field, where he started his career as a network administrator and programmer. For the last 13 years, he has been working as the Head of the IT Department within the manufacturing and financial sectors, for both small and large domestic and foreign companies. He currently works as the Director of the IT Department at KUPEG.
Mr Bohdan has a Master’s Degree in System Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Since 2001, Mr Hausman has held commercial positions in the credit insurance field with the Euler Hermes group, and has further experience in the corporate banking field at the Prague branch of HSBC Bank PLC. Since 2009, he has been the Commercial Director of KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. (KUPEG Credit Insurance).
Mr Hausman received a Master of Business Administration Degree from Escuela Superior de Marketing y Administración in Barcelona.

Mr Najman gained his experience in the credit insurance and finance fields. He was responsible for investments at Kapitálová a investiční společnost České pojišťovny, worked for EGAP as Deputy Manager of Short-Term Insurance, and was the head of the Credit Analyses Department for many years at ČSOB Factoring.
At KUPEG, he works as the Marketing Director.
He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague.

Mr. Šebák has more than 15 years experience in practicing law, with more than 12 years of this practice within the credit insurance field. He has worked at KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. since its founding, previously working for several years as a lawyer at Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnosti, a.s.
Mr. Šebák has a Law Degree from Charles University.

Since 2002 Mr. Fritz worked in the settlement of claims and collection in the Euler Hermes Group and currently holds the position of Director of Claims and Collection Dept. at KUPEG Credit Insurance.
He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague.
