A new member of the Board of Directors - Mr. Peter Herman

With effect from 1 January 2012, Mr. Peter Herman was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. He is simultaneously director of underwriting in KUPEG.
Mr Herman worked as a senior credit analyst and team leader with Česká spořitelna a.s. and as a senior credit risk manager at Citibank Europe plc. In both companies, his responsibilities included in particular the assessment of clients’ credit risks.
Since April 2011, he has been working in the position of Underwriting Director in KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s. (KUPEG Credit Insurance).
Mr Herman is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague.
