Croatia – 28th member of the European Union?

        Croatians agree to join the European Union - in mid-2013 Croatia will become 28 member of the EU. In January, more than two
        thirds of voting citizens supported joining the European Union in a referendum. Croatia’s accession to the EU highlights the
        appeal the economic and political bloc still has for outsiders, despite its current difficulties.
        In the last seven years Croatian laws and regulations were adjusted to the European standards with regards to the planned
        accession to the EU. We can expect an economic boom due to the structural improvements of business environment and
        thanks to money from European funds in the medium term horizon.
