KUPEG opens a new branch in Poland
KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna a. s., the leading receivables insurer on the Czech market, opened a new branch in Warsaw, Poland on 5 January 2015. Through its Polish office, KUPEG will offer top quality service in credit insurance for clients throughout Poland. The branch is led by 17-year credit insurance veteran Michał Winiarski, employs 9 credit insurance professionals and features independent sales and underwriting departments.
"Our philosophy involves a personal approach to clients. The decision to open an office in Warsaw was led by our aim to fulfil this philosophy, together with the service we had already been providing to our Polish customers during the last year and our broad view of the Polish market", says Ing. Michal Vesely, CEO of KUPEG úvěrová pojišťovna a. s., which established a branch in Slovakia in 2011. "The new office in Warsaw provides Polish clients top levels of service in their native language and allows us to leverage the potential of the largest market in Central and Eastern Europe," adds Ing. Michal Vesely.
KUPEG will offer a complete portfolio of services through its Polish branch, which includes insurance against the risk of non-payment of receivables from both domestic and foreign customers, as well as enforcement of insured receivables. In addition to classic credit insurance, Polish clients will have access to insurance guarantee products and special insurance coverage products such as „Excess of Loss“ and „Top Up Cover“.
