Martin Hrncirik is a new member of the Board of Directors for Kupeg Credit Insurance
On 15th September 2014, forty-three year old Martin Hrncirik became the newest member of the Board of Directors for Kupeg Credit Insurance.
Martin comes to Kupeg from Electronic Arts, where he served for nearly six years as the Financial Director for Central and Eastern Europe. His background is in managing enterprise risk and trade in terms of financial performance. He was responsible for the financial management and control of subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Russia, Poland, Hungary and the Czech and Slovak Republics. Before Electronic Arts, he managed the insurance and pension fund Financial Department at the insurance company Allianz. During his time there, he was the proxy holder in Allianz insurance and was a member of the Board of Directors for Allianz pension funds. The precursor to his successful career in finance was when he secured a Portfolio Manager position for a Czech insurance company immediately following high school graduation.
At Kupeg credit insurance, he serves as the actuary and is in charge of the Finance Department, IT Department and collateral.
"My goal is to be a financial partner who helps to further develop customer-oriented products, promote the growth of our insurance and create value for our shareholders," said Martin Hrncirik at the beginning of his tenure in Kupeg Credit Insurance.
The newest member of the board graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, can speak English and German, is married and has two children. His hobbies include sports and traveling.
